1. Introduction


 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Outdesk.io services, operated by 
 Nestor Joel López Loyola dba Outdesk.io, located at José Ma. Iglesias 302, Chapultepec Oriente, 
 58280 Morelia, Michoacán, México.


By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.





2. Services Provided


 Outdesk.io provides bilingual virtual receptionist services, inbound call handling, 
 message delivery, appointment scheduling, and CRM-based support. Outdesk.io does 
 not provide outbound cold calling or sales calls.






3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Services are subscription-based and billed weekly or monthly via Stripe.
  • All plans include a 7-day free trial.
  • Billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled beforehand.




4. No Refunds for Services Rendered


 Outdesk.io provides real-time digital labor and receptionist services. Because these services 
 cannot be returned, all payments for services already rendered are final and non-refundable.



 No refunds are issued for partial billing cycles, unused time, or failure to utilize the service.






5. Chargeback Waiver


 By submitting payment information and using our services, the Client:


  • Authorizes recurring subscription billing via Stripe;
  • Acknowledges that call logs, timestamps, recordings, and portal activity constitute proof of delivered service;
  • Agrees not to initiate chargebacks for any authorized transaction or any period during which the service was active or accessible; and
  • Agrees to first attempt to resolve any dispute directly with Outdesk.io before contacting their bank or card issuer.


 Filing a chargeback without contacting Outdesk.io first constitutes a breach of these Terms.






6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business and contact information.
  • Maintain an active, valid payment method.
  • Notify Outdesk.io of cancellations at least 24 hours before renewal.




7. Service Availability


 Outdesk.io strives for continuous service availability but is not liable for outages or 
 disruptions caused by telecom carriers, GoHighLevel, internet failures, or other third-party systems.






8. Limitation of Liability


 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outdesk.io is not liable for lost revenue, missed calls 
 due to external issues, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 
 Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the last 30 days of service.






9. Governing Law


 These Terms are governed by the laws of Michoacán, Mexico. Any dispute shall be resolved 
 exclusively in the courts of Morelia, Michoacán, México.
